This Carrara Marble floor in Winter Park was diamond refinished and then sealed with an impregnating sealer. Impregnating sealers help by mitigating the absorption of spills and soils. They also allow vapor transmission, which is important as you do not want to trap moisture pressure within the stone. Impregnating sealers will not stop acidic etching however.
